At IncontinenceProducts, we prioritize your comfort and confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unopened items. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, products must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar secure package, ensuring the hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
